I agree. In addition to the famous He's Gone, it's also got one of my favorite GDTRFB's - I only wish it were a longer version because Jerry is totally into it.

I just realized that I misunderstood your post - you meant "the meat is at the end" of disc one and I read it as "the meat is at the end" of the show.

Ah, well - the Good Lovin' kind of crashes at the end, but aside from that it is one tremendous show.

I'm actually listening to the Let It Grow from 05/08/81 right now and it is also pretty stellar ...

I really enjoy the sound of LIG from this era. The noodling that jerry does to start off both DP 13 and DP 32 is stellar. They have such a great vibe to them on top of being really well played. It started to get some length back, DP 13 LIG is far different than DP 25's groovy tight version. Maybe I'll check that 5/8 version out as well. Though I have a lot of GD homework I need to do (rehear shows/versions) on top of having real homework. I wish I could get paid to listen to dead...
